As we look ahead to the 2026–27 school year, we are looking for volunteers to help make Sunday School possible. We have a growing number of children and families at Evergreen, and it takes a dedicated team of teachers and helpers to make this ministry work. Whether you have served before or are considering volunteering for the first time, we would love to have you join us!

Here's the breakdown:

We have roughly 80 children from nursery age through high school and 60 adults attending Sunday School classes any given week. Sunday school is a bustling ministry and it takes all hands on deck to make it work. I know this is a big commitment! I am asking to consider another year of volunteering.

If you have volunteered as a helper the last few years I would ask that you prayerfully consider stepping into the role of a teacher.

This 2026/27 school year we will be rolling out our classroom partners program.

That means: each class will have a skilled partner who is trained in education to help as your personal guide to answer any questions you may have throughout the quarter.
